Beverly Farms Library Gallery

Join Rob at the Beverly Farms Library Gallery as he reads from Does Dixie Like Me?, a children’s book written in collaboration with his artist friend Helen Kamins, about gaining the trust of her rescued dog Dixie, and You Can Leave Anytime, about his stint in rehab, for which Kamins designed the cover.  Kamins’ artwork will be on display in the gallery.

Each hour mixes humorous and heartbreaking tales told with honesty, bravery, and wit. The Moth Radio Hour is now licensed to more than 400 stations across the country. The show is produced by The Moth and Jay Allison at Atlantic Public Media and presented by PRX, the Public Radio Exchange.

StorySLAMs Open-mic storytelling competitions. Open to anyone with a five-minute story to share on the night’s theme. Come tell a story, or just enjoy the show!

In May 2016, Rob threw his name in the hat at a Moth StorySlam competition in Cambridge and was chosen to to present his five minute true story from memory – no crib sheets allowed.  The theme of the night was The Dark Side.
